Dr. Bucek Sports Medicine and Sports Chiropractic provider for PGA Event

  Dr. Bucek Will be serving as a sports medicine and Sports Chiropractic provider for the Korn Ferry Tour’s 2021 Evans Scholars Invitational. The Evans Scholars Invitational will be held at the Glen Club in Glenview, IL on May 26 – 30. The Korn Ferry Tour is the developmental tour for the U.S.-based PGA Tour, and features professional golfers who have either not yet reached the PGA tour, or who have done so, but then failed to win enough FedEx Cup points to stay at that leave. Since the 2013 season, the Korn Ferry Tour has been the primary pathway for those Seeking to earn their PGA Tour card.   All PGA Tour and Champions Tour events have a sports chiropractic provider on site for all the players to utilized. Dr. Bucek is Going To Harvard!

Dr. Bucek is going to Harvard for an exclusive continuing education courses in Comprehensive Sports Medicine!  That means that Dr. Bucek will be out of the office Starting at  3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 14th and will be back in the office on Monday, May 20th! These classes focus on all the clinical changes that have been discovered in sports medicine within the last year and how those affect the way doctors, diagnose, treat, and rehabilitate sports injuries for patients from elite athletes all the way to someone who has an active lifestyle. These classes will teach Dr. Bucek the most up to date techniques for treating a wide range of sports injuries on and off the field and the best way to prevent them! 5th Annual Professional Baseball Chiropractic Society Seminar Over the weekend Dr. Bucek was at the 5th annual Professional Baseball Chiropractic Society Seminar and Workshop at the Baltimore Orioles spring training facility! Dr. Bucek spent Labor Day weekend in Chicago.  Dr. Bucek was selected by the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) to be part of the Volunteer Sports Medicine Team at the AVP Chicago Volleyball Gold Series Tournament! Dr. Bucek and other Medical Professions that were also selected spending the weekend   provided treatment for the athletes during the event.  Dr. Bucek has a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians Meaning, in addition to the five years of education to become a chiropractor, Dr. Bucek had an additional five years of Sports Medicine training. He earned his Diplomate from the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians™, making him 1 of 6 to do so in Illinois.
