World Spine Day 2017 !
World Spine Day is celebrated every year on October 16th;
people all around the world come together on this day to help raise awareness
about spinal disorders as part of “Bone and Joint Decade’s Action Week”, as
well as to help promote a healthy lifestyle!
Millions of people all over the world suffer from spine
disorders. Experts estimate that as much as 80% of the population will
experience a back problem at some time in their lives. Spine disorders include
low back pain, neck pain, scoliosis, disc disease, and more! Most these
disorders cause spinal pain and can have a profound effect on a person’s
